Would strongly discourage retaining Mr. Schufflebarger. My experience evidence Tim as a professional who is both ill and formed and neglectful. He misguided me in accepting a legal agreemen, which resulted in irreparable professional damage. For several months, he dodged my attempts to contact him and, when contact was finally made and he was asked to rectify the situation, he replied that he did not handle such matters. Liability attorneys may be reluctant to file suit against him, citing that he does not carry professional liability insurance. I would offer strong caution to anyone seeking guidance or representation with important legal matters about using Mr Shufflebarger. My professional life is irreconcilable due, in part, to Mr Shufflebarger.

He took my money and ran. He literally has not responded to me since December. I wrote him a large check to get the ball rolling yet he has done nothing..I have reached out to ask for a refund and still have not received a call or email or my money back. He sounded great on paper but could not get the job done for me and refuses to even answer me. I'm very disappointed hope it stops with me.
