I hired this law firm to handle my closing on my house. Chris is great but unfortunately his paralegal is FAR below par. Chris is great with backing confidence in the closing process but his paralegal is FAR less. If you contact her, you will get attitude and condensation. Even though you are a complient and paying customer, you can expect nothing but attitude from Kathy. My apartment complex required an actual moving date, when I talked with Chris, it was " we'll take care of it, it's ok". When I talked with Kathy, she made me less than human, even though I was paying thousands of dollars. I received nothing but attitude when dealing with Kathy, yet the lawyer, Chris was awesome. If she CAN'T do the job, then leave and let someone else have a chance. I'm NOT paying for attitude.
