I was in a big rush and Mr. Simonsen helped me set up owner financing for a home I sold. He answered all of my questions and I never felt rushed. I truly enjoyed working with him.

I needed help deciding what to do to avoid a possible foreclosure on my house. Mr. Simonsen explained the difference between a Chapter 7 and a Chapter 13 bankruptcy and we discussed the options I have. Very nice fellow and really knows his stuff. He's right next to the courthouse in Conroe TX.
