This is the worst experience with a company that claims to be number one in Sri Lanka. An order dated December 10 , after repeated calls and with the promise that they would call back , which never happened , has still not been delivered to date . Thank You Singer for the amateurish customer service .

Attached herewith images of final installation of New air conditioner by Singer Pasyala Technical team. Technical team ignored Even we request to rectify the issue during their service well. Several time informed to Nittabuwa Singer-B ououtlet and Head office (Friday 28th Jan 2022) , but no responsible person has taken action until now. Who will take the responsible if in case of fire. Poor service and attitude . Think twice before purchase items from Singer .

I ordered a DELL monitor from their online platform, it's been almost a month still didn't receive it. Called customer service more than 8 times to the point they recognized the order number from our call. Worst Service I've personally experienced, you are better off ordering from Daraz. Service should be quick in this current situation. 0 stars

Absolutely horrible service. Ordered an air conditioner through the website and had to call multiple times in order for the delivery to be made. It was delivered by one guy who asked whether there's anyone inside the house who can lift the AC unit and bring it inside. Please consider the size of the item before delivering it. You cannot expect one person to lift an AC unit. And upon delivery no technicians were sent to install it. They say we need to wait another 5 days for the technicians to come and install it.

To attention of Board of directors (Mr. Mohan, Mr. Dhammika, Mr. Mahesh), Horrible service experience from Singer, Homagama Branch. Bought a hair clipper (Product Code -SIN-RFC - 2012 & Receipt No : BER-C41661) under the brand name of Singer in March 2021. After couple of weeks, hair clipper was not worked properly and handed over to Homagama branch for repairing. Same was repaired and collected. Again it was broken for the second time and handed over to Homagama branch in first week of December 2021. Numerous follow ups done with Homagama branch and no positive feed back received from them for almost one month and also experienced the most worst & terrible after sale service from the team of Homagama branch. It already took more than one month for them to trace the hair clipper which they have sent for their maintenance team. After all the follow ups & efforts done by my end, last week I received a feedback from a person name UDAYA, who's saying and acting as the manager of the Homagama branch. But the way he spoke to me can not be expected from a educated customer service manager. Finally, UDAYA, told me that they are unable to fix the hair clipper and to buy a new one. So I asked for a refund of money or a replacement for the broken hair clipper since it was under singer brand name. He told me no refund no replacement and there is nothing that he can do from his end, in a very harsh way. Then I requested the contact number of his superior to solve this issue. He rejected my request and asked me to do what ever I can do, he doesn't mind. Also note that it's only eight month since I purchased it and it was only used to trim my Sons' hair. It is pretty sure Singer Sri Lanka will not survive for long term with managers like UDAYA. (Company survival is not totally on meeting sales targets, Its on customer sanctification) Invite every one not to buy or visit Singer Sri Lanka if you expect satisfaction for money you gonna spend.
