This company is awful. I needed to pay a debt through them and at first the representative (stacy) was very nice and helpful. But... She was not forth coming that apparently if you agree to make payments that you have to sign a confession of judgement. After our phone call I waited over a week to get an email of the agreement letter I agreed to sign and called several times. Finally after 10 days I get through to her again and she has the managaer(James Wise) email me saying I have to sign a confession of judgement. I would of never agreed to payments if it was stated to me that i have to sign a confession of judgement. This was at 445 pm on friday and the day I was suppose to make my first payment. I immediately try to reach them back and leave messages with no return call. So I go ahead and make the first payment to stay good on my word. So on the beginning of the next week I email the manager and say I wanna discuss negotiating a payoff amount and I'll pay in full. He denies me and said I already agreed to the full amount. Which I did in payments but NEVER agreed or was told I would have to sign a confession of judgement. So I told him fine ill pay the remaing balance in full to send an agreement letter stating this. He emails me back to same email stating I would make payments and to sign the confession of judgement. I email him back and say he sent the wrong thing and have gotten NO response. So again I call and leave several messages for him and Stacy and no return call. It is absolutely ridiculous that I all i am trying to do is pay this debt(in full) and they are being so unprofessional and will not communicate with me when it is their fault that this situation is where it is.

This firm took over another law firm’s handling of my account. I haven’t had any problems making the first few payments, although I don’t understand why they have a credit card option to pay but they don’t take credit/debits cards. I had an issue with a payment not going through. I paid it in good faith., but the money in my bank account hasn’t cleared and it’s been over a month and my balance with them hasn’t decreased although it’s noted I did make a payment on that date. I’ve tried contacting them through email and they don’t email back. I did receive a call that got sent to my voicemail and the person who left the VM, whom I could barely understand, left a callback number. I call the number and no one answers and it goes to voicemail and message says the mailbox is full. I’m just trying to make sure I’m doing something right and am willing to resend a payment. A courtesy letter would even be nice.

Never heard of this company or from this company. I did not get any notification in writing or from a call advising me that there was debt in their office. I found out by a legal hold being placed on my bank account and restricting my funds. I tried multiple times to reach out to them, I left messages and even sent an email and got no response. I’ve read the reviews and it appears this company has a history of this.

Worst company ever !Been trying to reach out to them but as everyone is saying didn't get a hold on them !They scammed my husband and now not even taking our call !I pulled my husband’s credit report and I don't see anything that they been claiming !This company is a scam otherwise why wont they give us a call back and try to fix the problem! My husband has PTSD and I'm scared if he does anything wrong to himself just because this company decided to scam him! If I don't get a call back from them for me they are scammers!

Same experience as everyone here. Website does not take card payments, which I finally figured out after 4 months of letters and calls to this place. My payment has not shown up as going through and I have had it. Clearly someone is asleep at the wheel, and this firm is NOT BBB accredited. I am going to file a complaint with the Consumer Affairs Division with the NJ Attorney General. This is a crap way to do business and I'm furious.
