Our family has used Chris Hedrick at Dickerson & Smith for years now. He is always honest and detailed. Having been in court with him at my side several times for family matters, I cannot imagine anyone else by my side. He is calm, efficient and kept me informed every step of the way. I call him for any legal need, large or small.

I owed a debt for a medical procedure. With all my health issues i never got it paid. I made arrangements with this group, in reference to that medical debt. After making a payment of 260 on june 1 they then ran my card again for 50 two weeks later which I did NOT authorize. After talking to them, they returned it and we confirmed july 27 i can do 50 a month until paid in full. I wake up July 1 to ANOTHER 260 was pulled again! Causing my account to go negative and leave me without any money. That amount would have actually paid my debt in full but unfortunately I can't just pay them off because I have enough I pay weekly in appointments and medicine I just don't understand why my info is saved and keeps getting ran without my authorization. Save your self the headache Do NOT give them your bank information they have messed up my bank account 2 times in less then 1 month!

Had a phone appointment at 9 never was called then when I finally get threw the receptionist already seems to be irritated, finally talked to tammi, when I say horrible, she doesn't speak at all also rushes you to talk as if your ruining her day smh wouldn't recommend to NO ONE!!!

If you are a client of theirs, they will get the job done!! By ANY MEANS NECESSARY! They lie, they don't return calls and someone who handles your case is "out of the office". I am on a fixed income and tried to make payment arrangements. I spoke to Ms. Thomas who told me (twice) that she would call the bank and then return my call to discuss payment arrangements. The second time she stated this I specifically asked would she call me back the same day to which she replied yes. The third time I called, her voicemail stated she is out of the office (for a week). Mr. Robbins whom was one of the persons covering her cases was out of the office as well. Through the receptionist I finally spoke with Mr. Randall who stated he would call the bank and then call me back. When I asked would he be calling me back the same day, his answer was yes. To this date I have not heard from him. But I will be calling again. nnI did not argue that I had not rec'd not one letter or phone call from any person representing this group or that I didn't owe the medical bill. All I wanted to do was to make a payment arrangement that would fit in my budget. Does this group think ordinary people do not deserve respect?
