My experience has not been good, both cases lost, the attorney did not represent well. Paid money for nothing, but I guess it doesn’t matter because they get paid whether you win or lose.

Mark is very personable but realistic with expectations. Mark is good about responding to emails and phone calls. There were a few times I felt like things I wanted done were not complete but those were very minimal compared to how pleased I was with my custody court outcomes. Mark is reasonable and understanding. Mark is not arrogant or confrontational when working on a case. I would highly recommend Mark Simons as a custody attorney.
