This law firm file for a foreclosure on my father's estate in Iowa. They were informed of an offer on his property. They didn't care that there was a offer on the property and proceeded to file for foreclosure. In this situation put myself and sibling in a big bind with selling the house. We were asked to sign paperwork about the property. Make sure that you're on alert with this law firm.
