My wife and I had a terrible experience with Richard Spain. He constantly missed important things during the process and then became very neglectful on responding to us once we paid their fee. Unfortunately, there were elements of the Will and Trust process that were not yet completed that were part of their fee that they failed to do. We tried, unsuccessfully, to reach Richard and his staff via phone and email and we never received one response. The unprofessionalism and disrespect we experienced was terrible and saddening. We would not recommend anyone using Richard Spain or Spain, Spain and Varnet as it's clear they do not respect their clients. Especially once they receive your payment for services not completely rendered.
Richard Spain is the ABSOLUTE BEST! As a first time homebuyer, I struggled through the many hoops that I had to jump through. Luckily, I had Richard to protect me. He carefully read through all the documents and helped me stand my ground on important issues during this sale. Richard went above and beyond to make sure that we were getting the best possible deal. He is easy to reach and his staff is wonderful as well.
