Attorney Brent Thompkins helped us successfully navigate a complicated closing on a commercial land purchase. He kept the process moving with energy and incredible attention to detail. I never actually got to work with this firm so this rating says a lot! I called to inquiry about a consult and had to leave a message. Within a few hours, I received a call back from the most professional and courteous individual (I really wish I could remember her name) that I had spoken with in days on my attorney search. She informed me that the firm is not accepting new clients until the new year but went above and beyond by referring me to the scbar website (and giving me the complete path)! She then encouraged me to reach out after the new year if I still hadn't found an attorney to handle my issue. I was actually disappointed (by no fault of their own) that they were not accepting new clients at the time. Talk about above and beyond! Especially for a law firm! This firm made a wise investment in their staff when it comes to initial points of contact.
