Ssa, Office Of Disability Ajudication & Review

I went the office in September of 2017. I had applied for my disability online but wanted to ask a few more questions. I arrived signed in and in maybe 15 to 20 minutes I was being serviced, this was a Monday. Not only did the agent answer all my questions, she also informed me that I was eligible for widowers benefits, even if I wasn't approved for my disability. I had no idea that I was eligible. As far calling, I have always gotten through and they have always accurately answered my questions.

Someone is DEFINITELY NOT DOING THEIR JOB... My SS benefits were terminated without any notice of any kind which means I wasn't given the right to appeal...I guess someone from the office read the original review and decided to do their job on October 6th... How do you terminate benefits in May and don't mail a notice until October??

After waiting a hour someone named Gil hug up on me when I asked to speak to a supervisor. I was nice to him and he was very disrespectful.

I have been trying to get my SSD benefits since August 2014. The harassment of repeated false letters that my medical records were not updated since December 2015 still being received in 2018, is severely upsetting. The harassment and discrimination from the judge stating that my walker is allegedly prescribed and my present primary doctor's professional recommendations not holding more weight than my primary doctor of 2014 , when on the prescription printout and in my medical records it shows that my present primary doctor prescribed a walker and stated I am to only work two hours sitting for community service NOT a regular job. Trying to live with lupus, degenerative disc disease, peripheral neuropathy among over 20 more impairments and conditions since 2014 is hard enough without facing harassment and discrimination from the government office that is suppose to protect and assist you.

I have been trying to make a payment with this place since November of 2017. I have contacted them on numerous occasions. They NEVER ANSWER. I wish I could go to my local social security office in GA. Much more professional, and efficient. I contacted my local social security office complaining about this place. They tried transferring my call here and They couldn't even get through! Anyone working here needs to be fired. Plain lazy if you ask me. Yet, I am getting letters in the mail saying make a payment. I WOULD IF YOU ANSWERED THE PHONE!
