Its taken a while for me to get round to this mainly because no amount of thank u’s are enough for what Charlie Fikry did for my case. It was the longest almost 6year battle and nobody could crack my ex but the way Charlie went above and beyond I am at a loss of words. Pure perfection, knows how to deal with difficult respondents very very well and is extremely articulate. I would recommend him to all those going through a tough financial remedy proceeding or financial hearings as he was recommended to me by my solicitor and has been a Godsend. Never a day goes by that I dont think of how much effort he put in my case. Thank you Charlie for absolutely everything. You helped me gain justice as i was narrowly about to give up after 6years. If anyone is struggling with justice Charlie Fikry is the one.

Jennifer Frost was absolutely amazing! Met her for the 1st time at my final hearing, due to our previous Barrister being unavailable. She was excellent from the second we met her. Rebecca Covington was acting on behalf and was lovely, profession and understanding from the get go. She put me right at ease straight off and explained everything what was going to happen during the court hearing and the aftermath. Rebecca kept regularly in contact with me during the hearing even though it was remote felt like we was just sat next to one another and even after the hearing kept in contact intill her involvement wasn't needed anymore. Sent today 23.02.2022 - I hired her because she was Muslim and it’s important the public knows as I suspect she will refuse. “Dear Raffia, I'm writing to you as a Muslim, a Muslim who reached out to you in 2018 after my son had been removed from Switzerland and after making a wrong application as a litigant i had been messed around unaware until last year that even my own Barrister most likely knew. Last week, a UK Lawyer informed me that Watford are known in the legal profession for making mistakes, are understaffed and seldom listen to litigants and rely on the legal professionals which is very clear with my email to her which I also included the courts. The Quran says you must protect the less fortunate, those who are being harmed which included my son and his contact with his father. You would have known that serious procedure in the application of Family Law hadn't been carried out which would have included the mothers application to keep the matter in Watford, that was served in the same manor as the financials which was thrown out by my lawyer, something you should have done. As a Muslim, my email is to inform you that I have requested a meeting to speed things along as I'm not waiting or the Legal Ombudsman as its crystal clear that my Human Rights along with my sons were violated when you forced me to sign the document denying me my Hague Convention Orders and costs. Simply put Raffia, not only did you deny me my rights, my son has been denied the opportunity to know his Islamic heritage and for someone who has build their entire carrier on being a good Muslim I'm requested a meeting through the Islamic Council. Its important you also know that in parallel I've informed them that I will ask for this matter to be looked at in Mecca/Saudi Arabia as I believe this matter is sensitive and you are a High Profile person. I've included Scott and Gilead for information only and due to the sensitivity and Reputational Risk to you, it important they are made aware as it could bring bad publicity. I trusted you Raffia! These people made me believe I was the problem, when in fact they had made so many mistakes and when they realised on your arrival instead of helping me you turn your back on a Muslim in need and used your position of power to protect the court thinking I'd never find out the truth. Sharia Law is what you preach and Sharia Law must also be involved. You are the only person that can fix this, I simply want the costs that I should have won in 2018, damages for the years of suffering and you to take this matter back to court and have the order struck off. I hope that makes my position clear incase you wish to speak with me directly to settle this matter as a Muslim. Kind regards, Max"
