What can i say about my attorney Evelyn Shaft at Stange law firm? The best word to describes her is excellent. From the 1st time i called her, she walked me through the whole process fron A to Z and explain to me everything i need to know about the case the easiest way for me to understand. And when you have the best lawyer like Evelyn Shaft working on your case then u already know the result. I highly recommend her to anyone who go though a child custody case like myself. With the recommendation of a close friend, I met and interviewed John Kershman to discuss a possible divorce, and was quite comfortable with that discussion. Since, I've hired John and his firm to represent me in a difficult, late in life , separation. Now, with the help of attorney, Evelyn Shaft and downloading of substantial data and information we have filed and will start 'negotiations ' soon. I am extremely comfortable with the process , and the compassionate and caring attention I'm receiving. I feel quite certain I have found the most appropriate representation I need. I have had a great experience through Stange Law Firm. And that's all because of Evelyn Shaft. She was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process of my child custody case. She explained every step of the way. She worked so hard for not only myself but for my family. I would absolutely recommend Ms. Shaft. We couldn't have done this without her.

Beware of attorney turnover. It took 4 times what they estimated to do our case because we went through so many attorneys (which we never found out about till they lost several weeks each time till another attorney took over) and ended up paying to fill in each of them thus running up the bill. Which I might add they are superb at making sure they take. Not only was it way more expensive then it should have been but they took so long we lost our tax refund and even though it was not owed, six months later we still don't have it back. They are awful!!!!! No wonder they can't keep attorneys.My husband was the client and he was afraid you'd just keep charging more and never get done. We still haven't gotten our tax refund. What can possibly be done. UPDATE. We lost our tax refund because they took so long the federal GOV. gave it to the supposedly custodial parent who gave none of it to the college student daughter. Way to go law firm. Glad we paid you. It cost more with your help than if we'd have just waited for the kid to get of age.
