I'm thankful for her service because I was stressed about my situation. I've referred her to family and friends. She's going to look into every avenue to make what you want happen. I cant say I'm fully happy with the customer service I have received from this company. My first encounter with this firm was a very educational experience. I was told the entire process and what would happen during court. Everything was fine. Now I didn't know that before my claims are paid off Stanton & Worthy got their money before any of my creditors were half way paid. Now it seems like since they have been paid any question or help you need goes in one ear and out the other. On top of that I had a very rude (non-black because I don't know her nationality) woman called me back telling me what I need to do versus her stating that she would look into the problem and see what was going on. AFTER I did the attorneys job by looking into the situation I found out information that this rude young lady should've known. After that it made me feel like all this firm care about is getting paid and not about the client. I do understand that they have to be paid but I paid for a service from them until my debt is cleared. I don't feel so confident with this firm due to them not stepping up and helping out with a legal situation. Instead of helping me I was told that I needed to look into it. This left a bad taste in my mouth. After all of MY OWN digging after PAYING this law firm THEIR MONEY FIRST I cant get a soul to do nothing.

Attorney Worthy is truly a pleasure to work with and I’ve used her multiple times. I have no complaints! The company is very professional and all the women at the firm were kind ! Thank you !

Bad customer service! Way to make someone feel like a burden when they are seeking help not the best experience at all.
