I hired James Albert early 2019 for my custody case. He was to assist me in drawing up garnishment paperwork after our hearing (Mid 2019). That hearing was the last time I heard from him. Some time in 2020 he abandoned all of his clients. He quietly packed up his office in 2021 and never notified his clients of a change in contact information.

Charged me $3000 to be late for every single hearing, didn’t file not one single document in my case not one , not even the income and expense declaration! in the end my deadbeat ex-husband received joint legal custody & visitation after not seeing our kids for nine years , never supported them not one dime in 11 years and he was accused of child abuse has a background of domestic violence a long felony criminal history which included illegal firearms and violent crimes with his most recent crime being just 1 year ago ..... because of the extremely poor representation of this “attorney “ I am now fighting on a daily basis to protect me and my children from this menace.

Made an appointment late Feb 2019 sent email with requested information on 25 Feb, had appointment set for 20 March but due to "unexpected urgent court requirements" postponed appointment to 25 March @ 1500. 1330 received a call from office stating they do not have my information and a new team member was taking over the legal work. How can they have an appointment set and change it then at the last minute state they do not have the information? and people wonder why lawyers get a bad wrap.... I suggest you do not use this guy!

He left me high and dry. All my divorce paperwork was going to his office. As a result I lost spousal support. Do not use this attorney.

He lies a lot.
