My Fiance and I hired Scott to help us with a change of his parenting plan. His Ex was not willing to negotiate out of court so he presented our case to the Judge with confidence, enthusiasm, and great knowledge. We cannot even begin to to express how grateful we are that we hired Scott for the job. In court he was straight to the point with no BS and expressed everything professionally but amazingly. We were able to get very close to our proposed plan in one court session without having to go to special chambers; which other lawyers said would not be an option. I do not think the other lawyer was expecting the amazing presentation of facts that Scott was able to lay out in a very short amount of time. He was well prepared and well versed with what he had to say. I would highly recommend Scott if you are in the Lethbridge or Medicine Hat area. I do not think you would be disappointed! We are over the moon with the results that we got with Scott. We would never have been able to do this without him. When other lawyers we met with were intimidating, didn't get back to us in a timely manner or told us the way they saw our case going we were incredibly discouraged.
