One of the best retail experiences I have had in my life! Sela, the wonderful manager of the store, went above and beyond to help me find the proper fit and locate a pair of sandals I loved. Her attention to detail, follow up and consideration were truly 5 star. I love this little gem of a store in Montgomery mall and will certainly be back!

Hello readers, just visited this store today morning and what a disappointment with their service. I wanted to try out a boot to confirm my size for a pair i was trying to order online. But the salesperson was just not willing to help out and said he has no 9.5 to 10’s in my size to try. Very rude and disrespectful!! He has a trainee along with him and I hope she knows better and doesn’t follow his footsteps. In today’s day and age why would you offend a prospective buyer and think you can get away with it. This is when there store was empty, it’s not like he was attending multiple clients !!!!

I don’t even know why I’m giving it a 2. But anyway- I was having much more high expectations since this is a personal Stuart Weitzman store. I felt anything but special- the woman was not friendly at all, and accused me of being wrong about a shoe they have in black suede (The Nudist Sandal) and she claimed they did not have it in store (fine) but also that they don’t have it online?? Really? That’s funny- because they do. I have a screenshot, which I honestly should have walked back to the store after just to show it in her face. I just felt like she wasn’t trying, and from a sales point of view since I’ve been in retail I thought it was poor. She seemed like she wanted nothing to do with me- okay fine, no $400+ sale for you or the store. I ended up going back to Nordstrom where the gentleman took good care of me. He too did not understand why the woman said she didn’t have the shoe online that they clearly do. He looked himself. But anyway- he got the sale he deserved in the end. Not this bratty stuck up woman.

Beautiful, extremely comfortable and high quality luxury footwear and handbags. Everything is made by hand. If you don't know the brand and the Bethesda, MD store you are missing out! They have a very knowledgeable and friendly staff that genuinely cares about the customers and they provide service the way it should be done. You won't regret shopping here!

I was very happy when I went to the store in Montgomery Mall, MD to get a pair of lowland boots but the company somehow cancelled my order without letting me know. I only found out a month later after I called to check on my order. I was super upset because I was excited to get it.
