Stephen E. Cox

Reviews

Dr. Cox has been my Doctor for well over 10 years. He has excellent and broad knowlege. He and his staff are quite caring. He is excellent at diagnostics. He will be my Doctor as long as he wants to and I consider myself fortunate to have a Doctor of his ability.
Dr. Cox is a knowledgeable, helpful physician to work with. He’s one of a rare breed of physicians these days who actually lays hands on you to see what’s going on with the body instead of just writing a prescription. Brenda is the office manager, she keeps everything flowing smooth as can be. Recently, I had to have a few referrals (I’m Tricare Prime which is a pain to work with), Brenda took care of the referrals quickly, efficiently which enabled a smooth transition for me to the referred doctor. She answers all questions I had for her and has always been professional in nature. The nurses and other staff I’ve had the pleasure of being seen by are all helpful, knowledgeable and kind. After reading other reviews it makes me wonder if they reviewed the correct page.
Been going to Dr. Cox for 9 years and he's always taken great care of me and my wife. He takes the time to listen to his patients and is pleasant and agreeable. He is very informed regarding pharmaceuticals. I'm 64 and I can't remember ever having a better doctor.
Dr. Cox has been my doctor for several years and always gives me sound advice and my health has improved a lot under his care. I was a mess waiting to happen before seeing him. He always prescribes reasonably price meds and is always available.
Dr. Stephen Cox is a very nice, personable , and thorough doctor. However, his staff is rude and inconsiderate. One day I was running late for an appointment which I understand was my fault, but when I arrived at the appointment the office manager told me that I was taking up appointments for people who are “actually sick.”She doesn’t know what elements or what sicknesses I have. I suffer from major depression and extremely anxiety ,and just because I don’t seem sick on the outside does not mean I’m not! She should stick to managing the phones and let the doctor do the medical diagnosis.
