BEWARE. Terrible lawyer for *at least* 3 reasons. 1) Did not notify me until signing day the property was on a land lease. As a first time home-buyer, I was unclear that meant my property is on leased land; at expiration I AM SUBJECT TO ANOTHER LANDLORD'S DECISION. 2) I asked that my property be purchased under an LLC, he said it'd be easy to do it later. IT'S NOT. 3) He was charging me for items I had ALREADY PAID. The list goes on...BEWARE.
Handled our remote closing professionally and efficiently. 10/10 recommended!
