I had a great experience last year with Stephen Waltar in preparing the estate plan for my wife and I, including a minor child and two young-adult children who we wouldn't want to suddenly come into the funds in our estate if we were to both die suddenly at their current ages. Steve listened to our concerns and creatively crafted documents that addressed them. I saw an article in the Wall Street Journal last week, "Before You Die: A Tech Checklist," that said some attorneys include language addressing email and social media accounts. I went back and checked... sure enough, Steve had explicitly addressed those issues in our documents. Very thorough; thoughtful. He's the only member of the American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys within a hundred miles of Seattle.

I received services for will and living will planning from Mr. Waltar a little over 10 years ago during a trying time in which I needed the documents ready in a very short timeline. I found him to be helpful and flexible, as well as up-front about fees. I plan on returning soon to have my documents revised.
