Joseph Quinn is a very helpful, supportive, knowledgable, respectful and, I have to say, terrific attorney! If I need legal advice, I will absolutely contact him in the future. His office in Pottstown is kind of a distance from where I live (Franconia area) but truly worth the travel time. I want to also add that all of the staff there are so polite and supportive as well. Plus the office itself is simply beautiful!

Their paralegal, Tracie Christie, is awful. She repeatedly ignored emails that I sent. I have some issues (avoidance behaviors) that can cause some communication problems, I told her about them, even gave her a workaround (scheduling meetings - sounds reasonable, right?), and she made no effort to accommodate me at all. She's simply not equipped to handle people with legit mental health issues. I'm sure the lawyers are fine, but I never actually got to talk to one. To top it all off, she withdrew from my case due to the communication issues without even telling me. I emailed them last week to confirm that I no longer have any legal obligations to them, and of course, yet again, no answer from Tracie. As long as she works there, I would suggest finding another firm if you're in it for mental health issues.

I am very grateful to the RQP Law Firm, especially attorney Jason Ploppert and paralegal Jessica Olsey for the work they did on my disability claim due to mental and physical health issues. Many attorneys refused to take my case, and as soon as I called them, they accepted my case. From day 1, they were working on my case and keeping me informed of everything. Thanks to their good work and professionalism, my disability claim was approved. I am very grateful to them. I recommend them 100%.

So it's been a long time coming nine the less I'm finally able to breath!! From day one I was lost and discouraged because of the entire situation.. I came across this firm and it all changed! I'd like to share a little bit about my experience with this awesome team! I have been trying to get approved for disability for many years for both physical and mental health issues with no avail until I chose this group to help me and represent me throughout this process.
