I just want to say that the Holman Law Firm is extremely professional and did a superior job working on my case. Stephen Holman did an exceptional job along with his paralegal Liz. I feel they truly care and wanted the best for my family. Stephen and Liz were always available to assist and answer any questions I had throughout a very stressful time in my life. If you’re needing a family law attorney in Florida, this is definitely the law firm you want to use. 10 star ?? service!

UPDATE: No, a consultation fee of $250-$350 was most certainly NOT mentioned during the 2.5 minute phone call (aka. "Free Consultation ") with Mr. Holman which consisted of him giving my cousin the option of "phone or Zoom" and that he has a meeting "at 10am". Honestly, the WORST part of all this is my cousin is a Veteran of the US Air Force and THIS is how his Service was treated by your office. Such DISRESPECT... My cousin is going through a painful and stressful divorce and I found Justin Holman on Super Lawyers for him. I liked that Holman emphasized his advocacy for father's rights, as well as how his father is also an attorney. My cousin called the office and set up a face to face appointment rather than via Zoom due to the seriousness of what was going on in his life. When he arrived, he was met by a "secretary" who asked him for the retainer fee upfront. He informed her that he was there for the free consultation advertised on Holman's professional website. She then asked him if had spoken to Mr. Holman and my cousin said that he had but that it was only to schedule the appointment. She proceeded to tell him that THAT was the free consultation and that if he wanted to consult further, that it would be $400! I was APPALLED by what my cousin told me (and utterly mortified) because I WAS THE ONE THAT REFERRED Holman to him! DO not hire this attorney.....clearly he does NOT care about people and is unethical and slimy...Attorney's Oath MUCH?

I called the office as soon as it opened and within the hour Mr.Holman personally called me back and had me face to face same day to go over my case. Mr. Holman was very understanding of my situation and more than willing to to reassure me that fathers do have rights! They were highly motivated and very helpful with getting everything together and staying in contact throughout the whole process giving me updates and responding very quickly to any questions or concerns no matter what day of the week it was. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of legal advice or actions from a professional and outstanding advocate for fathers rights!

Stephen Holman did a wonderful job. We had a slow start but things ended very well come up better than expected! I want to commend Tyler and give her 5 stars for all the extra hard work she did on the case. Thank you Stephen and Tyler!

I'll start off by saying Mr. S. Holman was very relative and respectful, the couple of times I actually got to speak with him (I understand his time is more valuable than the paralegals). He is good at his job and knows what he is doing. However, the people he employs at his office, I felt, disrespected me. Besides missing clerical errors (that I myself missed as well) on submitted documents, when the time came for another retainer fee, I was mailed a letter and emailed from a different person. Most of my communications were through 2 people emailing, and the email came from a different source was logged in my junk folder. I was then emailed from a contact that was in my email with (to me) a very confusing letter. I did not understand it and called and spoke to who emailed it. I was told nothing what the letter stated even after I expressed concern and confusion. I literally asked a question and was given no response. I then called back and spoke to a different person who gave me answers, but for me to blindsided by a letter that I didn't understand and told to figure it out, I decided not to ensue any further representation from Mr Holman's office. I understand court cases get expensive and further representation costs more money, but to be not only not contacted by telephone about billing, but to be shunned for being confused on what a certain document means was disrespectful.
