I have dealt with many large law firms throughout my 35 year career. Stern & Eisenberg is the most organized, and professional, large law firms that I have had the pleasure of dealing with. This firm has 12 offices in different states, and the District of Columbia. When I called their Corporate Headquarters in Warrington, PA - they brought me up to speed me on my clients account, then transferred me to their Virginia office to the attorney handling my client's case. Daniel Eisenhauer, Esq., and his team took the time to listen and personally assist me with a client that had fell on hard times. They were more than accommodating, they were polite and caring. We don't see this much anymore with attorneys. I talked to one of there lawyers they never called me back I lost my house it would be nice if they would call back

The staff here are very unprofessional and rude. I called 3 times trying to get a simple answer and they hung up and yelled at me. I wrote reviews before and they get deleted , that tells you something huh? they are shady people. This is suppose to be a suburban law firm but the employees are trashy.

Unreliable, untrustworthy and not helpful lawyer Stern and his parrallegals. He charges money for the air, claiming that's correct. Stay away from "such" lawyers!
