The process started off ok. James was helpful. Unfortunately the STETINA BRUNDA GARRED & BRUCKER reception, accounts, and customer service team was far from helpful. In trying to receive my refund on my retainer balance they were not only rude, they were acting as if it was my fault that the people that were handling my account left the company and acted as if it was my fault that individuals in the firm didnt call back or reply to emails. Very poor service. Very bad experience
