Leslie in Steve Katchman's office is truly amazing. I appreciate everything she has done for me. Remember, Communication is key for debt collection, and if you're ever assigned to this office for a debt you owe, remember they are truly there to help you. TRUST ME, YOU DO NOT WANT WAGE GARNSIHMENT. I've been there before years ago and never again will I let that happen. It seems like common sense, but don't ignore calls, keep in constant contact. If you can't make a payment, contact them, ask forb Leslie especially, shes who normally 99% of the time answers your calls anyway. But do whatever you can to stay current. Perhaps negotiate what you can pay now, and settle up later. Idk if you'll ever see this Leslie, but thanks for all you do!!
