Zero stars! Weinstein is rude and will not help you....he is a terrible lawyer and does not care about you or your childrens well being! Weinstein is lazy and did nothing for me! He always made me feel like I was asking for too much! He is not an understanding human being at all! He ignored my daughters request to be interviewed and said it wasn't necessary. He wanted me to agree to everything my ex husband wanted. He didn't want to file any paperwork for me. He just wanted to get paid by teamsters legal services and do nothing for me. Yes our divorce took longer than expected due to covid and a house fire but he was useless to me and I dropped him! Best decision ever made. When it comes to your children dont hesitate! Drop him he will not help you! When you come looking at these reviews take my word for it. Don't waste too much time with him he will drain you of any confidence you have and you'll feel stuck. He wanted me to do my own research. Get another lawyer or represent yourself. Trust me I've heard from other lawyers it's time for him to retire!

My experience left me feeling like he just wants to get you to the next stop to get more money. He told me he never even listened to my evidence until the night before court. I could have saved a fortune to just give my ex custody of our child. In the end she's giving it back anyways. I feel I could have done just as good by myself, he was just a drain on my bank account that added to the stress.

I would recommend Steve Weinstein to anyone that needs legal assistance. His experience and professionalism is evident in everything he does. He has the ability to remove the emotion from any situation and focus on the best solution. You want Steve in your corner.

Doesn't even deserve the one star, I was spoken to in an extremely rude manner. Don't even bother to waist your time. No one deserves to be treated poorly when seeking legal help irregardless of the case, especially if your money was pontentionally going to be invested in that "lawyer".
