Stewart & Stewart

Won't return my calls, as others have mentioned only take cases which will be 100% a win, and refuses to take on cases involving misconduct with other local lawyers. Absolutely terrible and a waste of money.

Chancellor Jeff Stewart and My attorney Mark Stewart had these good citizens of Franklin Co. Taken against their will from their privately owned home by the F C sheriff's department with NO NOTICE On Dec. 12, 2012. No relative was called.They were locked up, given No due process. Their entire estate was pilfered away by the State of TN. Only God’s justice will make this Right. He is our Retribution, correct?!

David Stewart is as professional as he is kind. Thank you for handling our case efficiently. We highly recommend your office. He did an adoption case. We paid our legal fees upfront and they even mailed us a check back at the end for hours that weren’t billed. I completely disagree with the negative reviews.

I’m wondering if anyone else has had issues with the 3m issuing of funds from the lawsuit that was handled by Stewart and Stewart. I was issued a check that was returned at my bank which is the same bank that the firm uses and it seems they’ve mishandled the monies in this lawsuit. I have made numerous phone calls to this office and they have been made aware of what’s happening but have not responded. I’m wondering what other actions should be taken because my awarded amount was incorrect and the whole deal seems suspect! I’m gonna reach out to the media to shed light on whatever is going on with this firm.

We live out of state and hired David Stewart with highly recommendations from another atty back in October of 2017 for a child custody case and all he did was take 6500.00 from our family. He would not return phone calls emails etc... we lost custody case because he showed no interest in case...all he wanted was money ?...VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!
