I was dealing with an extremely frustrating car insurance claim and getting nowhere by talking to the insurance company myself. I hired Ross to help resolve the claim and it was a huge relief to have him take over communication with the company and legal authorities. Even more importantly, he was able to settle my claim quickly and for more money than I had anticipated getting! Ross was professional, prompt, and a pleasure to work with. I was always under the impression that insurance just pays out after a wreck, but I really didn’t understand that there is a process where insurance companies can try to delay or deny claims for as long as possible in hopes that you just give up. Ross knew exactly how these companies worked and was able to talk with them, get any additional information they said was holding things up, and got them to make a settlement. Once we had an offer, things moved very quickly, I was able to get a check fast and my old vehicle was taken care of. I can’t recommend Ross enough; he totally removed the stress for me surrounding this situation and it was a huge financial help as well. Without a doubt I will be working with him again for any of my legal needs.
