I had to give a star or else I would have given zero. We have been dealing with an estate settlement and we called with some questions and concerns, which the woman we spoke to got very loud and smart with us. She even called one of us a name. The disrespect and nonprofessional behavior of the people in this office is unbelievable, as well as inappropriate. The last thing you need when you lose a loved one is to be pressured and harassed by office staff when you are looking for guidance on the next step of your situation. She was very rude and said quote, “ We should know that already from the meeting. It was clearly stated.” Well estate meetings are a lot to deal with and people forget things. The point is the behavior from the people in that office was unacceptable. I pity the people who have to deal with this establishment.
