Samantha is amazing . She is so compassionate. She active listens . And always had my best interest at hand. My divorce experience was crazy ! But with Samantha and Brenda there to guide me with ALL my questions and concerns promptly . I would recommend this law firm to anyone in need . I hired The Smith Law Offices because my son was living in a dangerous home enviroment with his mother. They had me pay a retainer and then told me to print everything that I thought would be useful in court which took countless hours and resources on my part. They eventually told me that they needed to hire a private investigator and that I had to come up with thousands more to cover that cost. We had what I thought was an open and close case seeing as how my sons mom was a complete train wreck and it was easy to prove. At the last minute the opposing counsel offered 50/50 custody to keep us from going to trial. I strongly disagreed with taking the 50/50 because I was afraid for my sons safety while at his mom's but, The Smith Law Offices made me believe that I couldn't win and made me feel like I had no choice but to take the deal that opposing counsel offered. After accepting the deal and getting 50/50, my son was attacked by his mother and I immediately filed an emergency motion. I decided to go to court without a lawyer because I felt like they were a waste of money and could care less about the outcome as long as they made the most money for the smallest amount of work. I was able to get full custody of my son by using all the evidence that I gathered against his mom that The Smith Law Offices refused to use in court. Moral of the story is, I think they seen me coming a mile away and decided that a desperate father would make for an easy payout for them. I am now being sued by The Smith Law Offices for just under 1000.00 for an unpaid invoice that I believe I should be credited for seeing as how they charged me thousands and thousands of dollars just to throw it all away. P.S. Brenda the office manager was amazing and if I could give her 5 stars and the rest of the establishment 0 then I would.

Let me take a minute to recommend The Smith Law Offices for divorce attorneys. Sam, Theresa and their staff were very attentive, creative and absolutely brilliant at their jobs. There was such a support system set up there for me at my worst moments and I am beyond grateful. Do yourselves a favor and give them a chance if you are in need of some top notch legal representation for divorce, family law or mediation.

I can't recommend this law office enough! No matter what stage in the divorce process your at they have great advice and insight to give. I first called for a consultation because I felt that a divorce was necessary but really didn't want to go there if I could make it work. I had so many questions and a divorce did wind up becoming the only option. Things got so bad, so crazy, so fast. I don't know what I would have done if I didn't have this team looking out for my best interest and reminding me why I needed to keep doing things the right way. I wanted to run away and hide from the nightmare that was my divorce but they helped me get through it. I'm on the other side and if your going through this it will get better. This team is worth every penny and they definitely worked to keep my costs as low as possible. If you need legal help I'd put my money here.
