I have called countless times. Left countless amounts of voicemail and even email them. I was able to finally get a hold of one person today who just forwarded my call to a mailbox. These people are a joke. I would give them 0 stars to be honest

Absolutely terrible service. I've called into their firm no less than 20 times over the past month. I've also emailed them about 5 different times to 3 different addresses. I still cannot get a debt negotiator to get on the phone or return an email. I literally just called them now. The phone rang for over 2 minutes, and got a VM saying the mailbox I'm calling is full. What a joke for any kind of business, but in my opinion this poor service is magnified, because they're a LAW FIRM. You'd think a law firm would at least have someone to answer the phone, but apparently that's too much to ask. I wouldn't hire this firm to walk my dog or fill my coffee cup. What an unprofessional operation.

I called multiple times and left numerous voicemail for not a single response back in the spam of 8 weeks. I've been trying to settle a debt as quickly as possible but these people mad it impossible to know what was happening and how my issue will be fixed. The only upside is at least they send their letters, albeit, a day late so all the information I have about my debt and resolution is from the written documentation.

These are the rudest, most DECEPTIVE crooks I have ever come across. BLATANT LYING IN COURT, claiming to send out paperwork when they do not, and refusing to work with any sort of reasonable payment plan. I tried to negotiate a fair payoff for over 2 years with no resolve. After failed negotiations they will manipulate timing laws (by not sending out notices in time) and then will take you for as much as possible leaving you in even more financial ruin. The employee Kristi, who I've been forced to deal with for years thinks it's funny to be rude, condescending, and argumentative when people like me request simple answers and reasonable negotiations and payment plans. Every answer is a lie or a reason they cannot provide you the information you need. Unlike other companies, they provide NO correspondence or written records for you to view your payment history. There is no client portal at all. When requesting documented payments they claim to have to write to Wells Fargo to request the documents- I am sure I will NEVER SEE these documents. SHAME ON ALL OF YOU. Some of us have been thrown into financial distress due to terrible life circumstances and despite being hard working and willing to negotiate you thieves make it your mission to hang hard working people out to dry. Good for you that Naderpour exists because you wouldn't last a day in a real job where you could treat people the way you do with no consequences. If I had the means I would come after you with every legal action possible. I am confident Karma will take care of each of you and cause you the pain that you have caused so many people and their families.

This "law firm" just took $3,800 out of our savings account with no advance notice. Their answer is they don't have to notify anyone in advance that they are taking money out of your account if there is an issue with payments. They also don't have to notify you if they don't get your payment. Beware of this so called attorney. They will take money out without advance notice.
