I went to Mr. Sullivan after I had been denied disability, and needed to have a hearing. I knew I should qualify from my research but the people that determine this stuff do not have the time to go thru every record nor do they know all the rules about every single illness. That is where having an experienced lawyer comes in, Mr. Sullivan knew just how to present my records so they would show what was needed to prove my disability. A small firm is good because they actually know who you are. I got approved and I would not have without his help. He tried calling me to tell me we won but I was having phone problems so I didn't know he called and he stopped by my house to relay they good news. People complain abut paying the lawyer sometimes but I always see it like this. Without a lawyer I would be able to keep 100% of my $0 in backpay or I could hire a lawyer and when we won I would get most of the back pay and the lawyer would be paid for doing the work and getting a job done pretty quick that I had been unable to do in a year. I also saw a review that said he is disrespectful, that is in no way true, what I saw and liked was his honesty. He is not going to just tell you what you want to hear, if you do not have a case you don't have a case. Some people see honest responses to an inquiry as rudeness. I would highly recommend him .

After 4 long years of fighting & having 2 large firms "represent" me I had just about given up on getting the disability I earned & needed. Mike took my case - it took just over a year but December 3rd 2018 I was finally approved! Thank you Mike for fighting for me!

Mr Sullivan took on my disability case after I was denied twice and we won the case a few months later. He knows what he's doing very professional and understanding I will recommend him to anyone.

This man is so disrespectful and downright tactless. Melissa is the only shining star at the office but everyone else is a waste of time. I wouldn’t trust Mike to represent a goldfish.

When no other lawyer or firm would take my husband's case, Mr. Sullivan got the job done. If we could give more than 5 stars we would!
