Sullivan Law Office

Michael Sullivan has been very professional and helpful. I called him about a problem I was having and I put it on his chat on his website and he called me right after I sent it. He sent SSI a letter and got them to expedite my SSI court date. I just got my court date a couple days ago and I haven’t been to court with him but I have faith that he will come through and I will get my disability. He has done his job so far. And everyone I know that has him they got there disabilities. He’s business and he’s not going to waste his time on something he do t think he can win he’s all about doing his job and he’s serious. I highly recommend him.

I wasn't really impressed with this law office, many people recommended his office, so I went through with the process. The communication with the law office has been the worst and upon my approval, I still haven't been reached out to. Some of my friends that had different attorneys, talked about how they received calls informing them of what to do after their approval, well I received no information, and when I just called Sullivan's office, all I received was just get my bank info to SSA. The receptionist needs training in her communication skills, just thankful that the whole process is over and will never recommend this office to anyone apply for disability.

It's often times very difficult to get someone to answer the phone. I've left messages that were never returned. The attorneys seemed so friendly and helpful in the beginning, but now make me feel as if I'm a bother. My feelings/recommendations are mixed about this law office.

My generation didn't grow up with all this technology I explained that and one of there associates, Kristen, has been helping me. I feel so much better about it all now. And the staff has been very kind and accommodating. Thanks to all, Missy Thomas
