Marianne is wonderful to work with. Very professional and incredibly knowledgeable on trust structures and wills. She clearly explained the purposes of different trusts which include State of Utah requirements. Most attorney's will provide a free consultation of 20 to 30 minutes; Marianne spent almost 2 hours with us in our consultation to make sure we understood the various options for our needs I have recommended her to two other couples who are planning to consult with her. I absolutely recommend her and her staff!

They guided me through all the details necessary to set up a trust specific to my needs and to effectively plan my estate. Going in the process seemed daunting.
