Blender Bottle is definitely overrated! You have to literally hammer the lid to close the bottle otherwise good luck with cleaning the spilt protein all over your couch and floor lol

My experience today for first visit, I arrived early only to wait on the side for an open door. Everyone was friendly and possibly the youngest crew i have ever seen in a warehouse. Lol It seems they close down for lunch so no loading then. Once in door it took 2.5 hours to be loaded. So my advice dont come too early as there is little room to menuever or sit out of way.

Bad product support. Been a long time Avana customer but won’t be buying Trove products again after support for anything from Avana was dropped. I just need a rubber seal, which you apparently don’t have and can’t provide an ETA on, so I guess I’ll throw your otherwise great and perfectly functioning product in the trash and buy a competitors product.

Good luck reaching out to these folks about warranty and faulty products. They will flat out deny your request. I purchased a shaker bottle that started to show wear after using it a few times. Don’t waste your money or time. Happy I won’t be bulk ordering for our business from here.
