However, this law firm came highly recommended by a roofing company that utilizes Dunlap Gardiner to manage delinquent payments, and they speak highly of their services. I've found Dunlap team to be very responsive and proactive in communication, which is a positive sign. Whenever I've called, the staff promptly answers and responds to emails. Looking forward to a productive collaboration ahead!

I cant tell you ANYTHING positive about the SHADY company. They rather garnish your wages. Then take the full payoff. I called them to pay the FULL PAYOFF. And they have me the run around. When I say THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN! CLOSED IMMEDIATELY. And please dont let get on the REPS. HORRIBLE from day 1! They are liars and rips off. I will be reporting them to the BBB!

If I could put zero starts I would. Called per a letter and the represented told me to make payment, no payment was due or requested in the letter. Was placed in default with no photos being provided as proof of the default. When requested photos was told that is not my job. Was placed on hold for 19 minutes and then hung up on. This law firms ensures they hire people that do not care about customer service and are mismanaging hard working homeowners properties as hobbies.

3/20/2020 I received and email in regards to my March 1st payment. The legal assist basically stressed that I needed to contact their office because I defaulted on my arrangement. I sent back an email informing them that they are literally creating more anxiety for me during this pandemic. This law firm obviously is not adhering to the president's advice to provide hardship arrangements to individuals. Called to find out information ,and I was hung up on by a representative. Lack of professionalism.

Her staff is nice but the owner’s strong point definitely isn’t customer service. I was hung up on while on while i was on hold. i was told i owed 1 amount and then when time came to pay it i was given a different amount, which was probably an honest mistake. But when i asked for clarification she talked down on me like a child instead of owning up to it. She’s very rude and does what she can to push your buttons.
