I called Attorney Sweeney regarding an encroachment issue with a neighbor who tried to take the land under what he believed was adverse possession. I obtained the land at town auction and am the rightful owner with the deed in hand . Attorney Sweeney addressed this issue quickly, and accurately and educated the neighbor of the laws. The neighbor removed all his belongings from my property without any further problems.
