If you like walking on ice down concrete steps, then you definitely want to stay these people. Our laundry room is down steps, completely covered in ice. Can't hold on due to a clothes basket. I've been here 16 yrs and I'm tired of this. Just send money!!! I'm older and disabled, I'm not shoveling snow when I pay to have that done. 0 stars!!! I hope I don't fall.. you better hope too!

Nonstop harassment at every turn. Provides nothing to the community. Spends all their time figuring out ways to get $50 off of you. Constant fees & taking money from others they don't work for. No clue what we get for our dues other than demands.

I wish I could give a decent review yet they are a mess. Rarely return calls or emails. Not polite and not fun to deal with. I own a unit and they manage the building, I have had zero positive interactions.

Wish I could give zero stars, because besides collecting your money they do nothing else but walk around the property once a year and tell you what “you” have to do. They push everything off for the “board” to decide. The “board” is nothing but a bunch of losers who feel important by making unreasonable demands. Worthless “management” company.

I wish I could give zero stars for this company. They do not answer their phones and they do not call you back. Incredibly unprofessional. They sent an HOA fee to a lawyer's office and more than doubled said fee. The letter they sent did not provide adequate information to pay the fee online. Any time I tried to reach them to get the issue resolved, no one would answer or return the phone call. Furthermore, they refuse to waive the $75 fee because they claim I never called or left a message in 2020. I have call logs proving otherwise. Do not trust this company. They should all be completely ashamed of themselves for the way they treat people.
