I have had Jeff Szabo review a few contacts for me. I am very glad that I took the time to have him review the FSBO purchase contact a few years ago. As he put it, it was “one of the most one-sided purchase contracts he has ever seen.” Jeff said that it left me no rights or protections that I was due under Ohio law. I never would have known that I was giving up my rights unless I had a professional review the contract. The minimal cost was well worth the insurance and peace of mind. Recently Jeff’s daughter Julia joined the practice and I worked with Julia on a quitclaim deed. I needed to have my ex-wife removed from my property deed after my divorce. All I needed to do is give Julia some basic information and she took care of the rest. She made it very simple.
