I have now used Taylor law for two realestate closings and can confidently say I would never use them again and highly recommend you take your money somewhere else. Both times mistakes were made on documents. Both times required me to take additional time off work to take them items for which they made mistakes. Front desk staff is very rude and does not respect the customers time. The last time I was in the office I was there with another gentleman with the same issue as me bringing them items from their mistakes they had no idea who he was or the items he was delivering then the front desk staff left us standing there and never came back. I left I had to go back to work I was just there to hand over a document how long could that possibly take to assist me with. To top it all off we are now having issues with documentation with the tax office because of what taylor law did back in June. The head guy is nice however nice doesn’t translate into effective and accurate.

Mistakes made on documents, slow to get them ready, late for closing. Would not recommend.

They were exceptional in a very difficult closing situation. Could not have accomplished this purchase without their flexibility and guidance!!!
