I was referred to Ms. Tayne regarding a student loan forgiveness matter involving a close family member. Ms. Tayne came highly recommended by colleagues. Both she and her staff were professional and courteous. Absolutely AWFUL!!!!!!! They did nothing except tank my credit more!!! When I told them I wanted out because they were doing nothing for me. They got super nasty and threatening. Then they tried to charge me even though the had taken thousands out of my account and paid zero creditors with it. Do not use!!!!!!!!!!
