I paid him for my divorce Feb.19 2021. Here it is October & I am still married. I had paid him for my bankruptcy a year before. He had told me to do the bankruptcy first & get it out of the way so there would be nothing left to fight over. We have no children together so it should have been a fast,easy divorce.....WRONG! I have asked for my money back so I can hire another lawyer who would actually get this divorce granted for me. I call,send emails & never get a response. It has been a horrible experience. He took my money but won't do his job. He is not even worth 1 star.

I called to check on the status of my father's divorce after he had passed away. I have never once called the office before, however the woman answering the phone was very rude to me, saying that I had called weeks prior. I informed her that it was not me she had spoken with, and the woman continued to try and argue with me while being very rude to me when I had simply called to ask a question as a grieving daughter trying to get my deceased father's affairs in order.

Hired hom to open probate court for my fathers estate ot took him forever and I paid him to do this in the meam time some thongs came up that I warned him that would happen now there os some in charge of my dads estate bye default so needless to say we jad to let him go amd he was overly nice to me about it mow I am trying to get my file so I can move on with my case the proper and the responsible way and he not only locked his door on me as I tried going back to get the full file I took him a letter letting him know it would not be on best intrest to not give me my full file he chased me out of hos office questioning me on whats in the file I want come on really the stuff he told my husband and i the day we dismissed him that would help me and stuff the court doesnt even have all the papwrs in my file je then says i want 15 cents for every copy why make copies ypu dont need my file anymore why make copies jist give the file to me he also drug joa feet the whole time. It was accident both times we had somen important come up he never called me i just never gave up i couldn't he jist wanted my inheritance not gonna happen make your own desession but if it means anythinf to you like estate don't use Terry Risner do yourself a favor I wish someone told me

Hired this attorney for an annulment process in February. The case is still open and the attorney has failed to return over five attempted phone calls.
