Franca is an amazing, compassionate, empathetic, sincere, caring & giving lawyer. Franca is one of a kind in so many ways she went above & beyond to help when my nephew was struggling with his identity but my nephew was legally blind so with that being said my nephew endured bullying on an everyday basis which in turn led him into self harming, he was diagnosed with conversion disorder, such severe anxiety that he struggled in public with even small crowds. The school district had a zero tolerance policy regarding bullying but when it came to my nephew the school was turning administration (guidance counselors) were turning a blind eye. I spoke with Franca's assistant and explained the situation and the next day Franca signed on to help us fight the school district to have them pay for a school more sensitive to his needs and who he was becoming. My nephew was able to graduate as his class's salutatorian, editor of the school paper, learned to play bass, was in every play & was active in many other school functions. I saw a little boy afraid of his shadow grow into a confident, determined, honest & hard working young man. Ben is now living in the Boston, Mass area going to school for psychology, works at the Boston eye hospital and lives with his girlfriend, Sarah and their 2 Labradors. Thank you, Franca.
