I am very grateful for everything Robert Bernhardt has helped me with. He's an amazing person and am glad he's been a family friend for longer than I've been born.

RUN ! I have never used an attorney so unprofessional in my life. I don’t know how this attorney even has a license to practice after I researched him.

Run, don’t walk. Complete scumbag. Shocked to find out he’s still allowed to practice. No-showed my court date in the early 2000’s, as well as one of a friend of mine. His license was suspended 2008, 2009, 2013 - check Colorado DORA website. But he’s been reinstated. Again. Unbelievable.

Mr. Bernhardt is representing a defendant in a criminal case involving a client of mine. His interaction has been unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. He hung up on us (he didn't know I was listening) and continued yelling at my client when she called back for no relevant reason other than he didn't want to speak with her. While we can understand that she isn't his client and he is working for his client, there is no need to be rude or unprofessional in dealing with another party involved in the case.

My experience with Robert Bernhardt was horrible. He has been disciplined, and even had his law license suspended for unprecedented, unprofessional, and an all around horrible practice. After paying him to represent me and forking over $1500, he neglected my case, then at court he tells me he doesn’t work for me!
