I would NEVER recommend that you seek legal council from this lawyer. I found him through a Google search after I was fired from my job illegally. Scheduled what was supposed to be a free consultation as stated on his website and was told upon arriving for my scheduled appointment that there would be a $50 charge. Should have been the first red flag to me. However, I did proceed with the initial consultation. Mr. Berman told me that I was fired illegally and to call him after I received my 'Free Money' from my severance package. Said my boss needs to learn a hard lesson about illegal firing. After I received all monies owed to me by the company, I telephoned and left three messages for MrBerman and also emailed him. I received NO RESPONSE. This man will blow smoke making you think you have a case and he is going to help you at a desperate time in your life. ALL LIES. He will take your money and never help you. STEER CLEAR.

I'm finding it difficult to fully put into words the gratitude and respect I have for this man and his incredible instincts and knowledge, as my attorney. When you have any type of legal issues and are losing sleep, your appetite, and ability to focus on other things, including work, this is who I call. Very unprofessional and has ties to companies that are possibly in the wrong and will not give you the facts. Be aware of this firm they are likely on retainer by big corporations to ensure your case goes nowhere. You can easily prove connections between this firm's employees and numerous corporation employees. If they take your case they likely have no connection or the case is indisputable and they take it.

Mr. Berman was willing and able to help me resolve my dispute with a former employer. He was very knowledge and confident about the legal issues involved in the dispute. I would recommend him to anyone.
