I was referred to the Burns Law Firm by a former colleague. The Burns Law Firm did a fantastic job with my case. Mr. Burns explained the whole process and made me feel at ease and Melissa worked with us through the whole process. It makes the process a lot easier when you are working with someone that is confident and knows there business. I am so appreciative of the help they gave me during this difficult time. We were referred to Mr. Burns by another attorney. We were days away from losing our home, an auction date was set for that week. There were severe mishaps by a large bank. The referring attorney said, "if John Burns can't help you, no one can." It took a lot of work on his and his teams behalf, but we are finally settled in our home and received a settlement from the bank. Mr. Burns is scholarly, aggressive and direct. It was very impressive to watch him in the courtroom, where he is very respected.

Mr Burns and his team is very professional. They handled my case in a very professional way. I was at his office in may 2014 for his consultation and way he explained me everything i was impressed. He knows what he is doing. My case was very complicated and it ended up in litigation but due to Mr BURNS aggressive approach it ended up smoothly. One time I was so depressed but Mr burns told me I will see the sunlight soon and I was able to feel it only due to Mr burns. He is reasonable and professional in his practice but he is a good friend too. I went with him for dinner which was pretty cool. I will highly highly recommend him.

My wife and I retained the services of The Burns Law Firm after an issue arose in our bankruptcy case that our original attorney was unable to resolve. From the onset, Mr. Burns knew the correct action to take to bring an acceptable resolution to the matter. Once a resolution was achieved, we thought our issues were over. Unfortunately, the creditor in the prior matter failed to take the proper action on their side which led us to retaining the services of The Burns Law Firm again. Mr. Burns and his firm worked diligently to ensure our rights as debtors were protected and that the creditor would be held responsible for their neglectful actions. Though it was a long process, we are happy with the results and can now put this behind us and get on with our lives.
