Very good industry for making nayloon 6 foot wears famous all over Pakistan

At Plot 43, Kot Lakhpat, Industrial Estate, they produce rubber sheets of assorted sizes. I was there to pick a few that would form the base of our archery target. The supervisor, Mr. Majeed, was very helpful and promptly arranged what I required.

I was convinced by my architect to go with Chawala; as they were the best with good quality product and customer satisfaction. The worst decision I have made. The aluminum windows installed by them all leak. The head in Islamabad CEO Bilal is the rudest / arrogant person, who does not understand what customer satisfaction is, and only concerned with grabbing the business. After complaining to headoffice (Mr. Faisal) Chawala alum Isb sent their team led by GM Amir Maqbool – and on seeing the work, understood that there are major faults, silicone not put in, poor workmanship at installation, joints not properly sealed. Repeated complaints are not being entertained, claiming that we do not fix something installed 2 years ago. Guess Mr. Bilal does not know that the windows were installed finally in Dec2020/Jan 2021. He is blaming the architects, and the architects are blaming Chawala. And the customers are stuck in between. And we have been complaining from 1st rain sometimes in February 2021; to no avail. DO NOT GO TO CHAWALA ALUMINUM.
