I never thought I would be going through a divorce at my age, and someone recommend Diane Cherry. nDiane and her whole staff are amazing. They're the most efficient group of people that I have ever worked with. Every time I emailed or called I would get an immediate response.nThey would tell me that they would get me whatever info in a day or so, and within hours I would have all the paperwork for my review.nIf there was to be any changes, It would be corrected within minutes. I am so incredibly grateful to Diane Cherry. I was served at work by my ex who wanted to get full custody of our daughter. There was an emergency hearing in a day and a half later. My teen daughter had signed an affidavit to live with her dad. Diane is very knowledgeable and immediately organized and prioritized my case in very little time. She is very skilled in the courtroom. I won my case and my daughter is now living with me. nDiane is also very caring and easy to contact. She answered all my questions not only before my case but afterwards. I highly recommend her!!!!

Divorce is not an easy process especially when you have a greedy ex that tries to take everything possible! You need someone that will fight for you! Diane was that person for me! I work for a school system and don't have a six-figure income. Diane and her team made me feel like they fought just as hard for me, as they would have for someone with the six-figure income. Diane and her team listened to what I wanted and made it happen to the best of their ability. I had shared the first thing out of my son's mouth, at the beginning of the separation/divorce process which was, "Mom, will we have to move?" One phone call to Diane and she was by my side fighting for my sons right (he is 16) to choose where to spend his holiday. Once again, when she was done with my ex, the Judge ruled in our favor!
