So this attorney deserves 0 stars- when probation violations are trumped up and not valid, and she is a criminal defense attorney she is supposed to defend her clients- instead she basically does no kind of defense, she is the worst kind of public pretender. I will be taking my complaint to the oregon state bar- I will keep at it until she realizes what her career choice entails. For her to refuse to listen to her clients and be unwilling to try to fight when 7 years of their life is at stake, she is no kind of attorney.

Judge Beloof is stifling and does not let a person speak, she has no business being a judge. She also has no court reporter in the court room in Gladstone. During a withdrawal court for a new attorney, she told the attorney she believed that it was me, the defendant that was not communicating and not him. How can a person have a fair trial or court case when a judge publicly says something like that? There are no others allowed in Gladstone court room. No records at all to witness her barbaric and fascist approach.

Integrity was Michael Haines first and most obvious value. He worked hard to provide the best possible outcome and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. I am so completely grateful for his professionalism.
