Don't turn to Tim, even if you're desperate. He was absolutely unprepared for the first day of court. I have never seen a worse professional (anything) in my life. He completely screwed the pooch. By then, I was out of money, and ended up representing myself not long after. I knew nothing about divorce law, and I'm a busy nurse raising and homeschooling a child, but *I* still did a better job, and got the court to rule in my favor on the divorce, they acknowledged me as the Primary Caregiver, got their alimony and child support claims denied, and I didn't have to pay for the BIA that they pushed for. I'm not saying that everyone should represent themselves-- in fact, I wish I had honest and competent representation-- but don't go here. Don't put you faith in Tim, at all. He is not diligent, and not honest. Definitely shady and unreliable. I wish end this review with arecommendation for some attorney, at least. Someone that could help. Sadly, I can't. Best wishes to anyone going through a divorce. Find time to maintain your mental health. Be honest (including with yourself). Stick to supportable facts. Don't have expectations. Don't hold on to anything too tightly. Maintain your health. Maintain an emotional support network. Maintain your integrity. Don't lose your sense of humor. If you lose those things, it's all downhill from there.

Tim recently represented me in court and Tim deftly decimated the opposition! I went to court thinking I would owe them $650 and after Tim won my case I might be getting $2880. Some lawyers aren’t trial lawyers but Tim definitely is a seasoned trial lawyer

If I could, I would give ZERO stars! Please, please listen to the negative reviews as every single one was correct. My husband and myself retained Mr. Conlon in June of 2021 for a custody case. Mr. Conlon knew what to say and how to act to get himself hired. Kudos, Tim.. Kudos. We had even asked him about all the negative reviews we had seen when searching his firm. His response? "Anyone can write a review, even the opposing party". We gave him the benefit of the doubt, as it seemed that could definitely be the case, and retained him. Unfortunately, EVERY SINGLE bad review was correct! There was no communication whatsoever. We were left in the dark with our case for months on end. Our emails went unanswered from the end of December to the end of February. Out of the blue, in the beginning of March, we recieved a phonecall/voice-mail from Mr. Conlon along with an email from his Paralegal, Sarah, stating that we owed OVER $3000 and if we wanted Mr. Conlon to continue representation we had to make a payment. They stated we were unreachable for months (seems odd as they had no issue getting in contact when money was due but not to inform us of anything to do with the case). They were supposed to inform us when the retainer reached $500. That was never done. They also had no record of a $1,000 payment to them. If you decide to hire this firm, please make sure to keep your receipts (thankfully, we did!)!! We wanted to share our experience so anyone that may be questioning the bad reviews is aware that they are in fact TRUE. I can provide more information and documentation to prove he was our lawyer if needed as I see they are trying to rebuke some reviews, stating they never represented some of the people. Our case proved to have dire urgency. They made many mistakes at the expense of our son. Due to this firm, we may never get our son into a safe environment. We have nothing to show from this firms representation, not even a loss at court. We still have an open case awaiting our court date!! I am baffled a child custody lawyer would treat cases this way. They involve CHILDREN. It seemed to us maybe they had took on too many cases, couldn't handle it and forgot about our case. As the opposing party even said they couldn't reach them, themselves. After terminating our professional relationship with Mr. Conlons.. I then started learning from other professionals in the area of what a bad reputation he has. I wish more than anything we would have listened to the reviews! Be sure to look for a lawyer who will go to bat for you, your child, and your family. This is not that one.

Unfortunately working with Tim was one of the worst experiences of my life. He didn’t coordinate what we would do during court. There was little to no communication before court. He called me the incorrect name during court and the wrong profession. He showed up with a blank notebook with ZERO information about me or my child or the case. He name my child the wrong gender. He was COMPLETELY ILL PREPARED IN EVERY ASPECT OF MY CASE. Please spare yourself from the lack of responsibility of this firm.

I gave this law for a Call after I spent two weeks calling lawyers to take a case on short notice Tim was up front told me that he'll do everything he can in his power at this point I'd already lost my son for 18 months and as soon as Tim took this case he understood the assignment he knew that I was a father who loved my kid and just wanted him back after multiple months of having to do what I had to do to ensure I got my son back Tim went to bat for me in court did a phenomenal job worked in a timely manner was very diligent I couldn't ask for a better attorney if you are a father looking for an attorney to help you get your right back this is the man to call Tim I can't thank you enough how wonderful it's going to be to be able to hold my son and take him fishing again you are a phenomenal attorney you and your staff Sarah especially brings tears to my eyes the fact that somebody who doesn't know me from a can of paint is willing to bat for me and willing to have me be able to have a relationship with my son again
